2:Sildenafil 25mg once a day, and take 50mg on demand
3:Sildenafil 25mg once a day, and take 100mg on demand

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with IIEF-5 score less than 21

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe neurological, vascular or endocrine Ed, with no cure for primary disease; patients with history of prostate surgery or pelvic surgery without a fixed partner; patients with sexual intercourse unable to complete sexual intercourse due to systemic diseases; patients taking nitrate ester drugs.
