Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From Jun. 2018 to Dec. 2019, all the patients with severe sepsis or septic shock who met the Department of Critical Care Medicine (ICU) of the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University, and the ICU stay was longer than 24 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age <18 years old; Acute coronary syndrome, Acute and chronic heart failure (heart failure), Arrhythmia, pericarditis, previous dilated Cardiomyopathy; Pulmonary embolism; Maternal and lactating women.
