18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diatebes in accordance with the 2010 WHO criteria; 2. Patients meeting DSM-V diagnostic criteria of depressive disorder; 3. HAMD scores not less than 20 points; 4. Aged from 18-45 years; 5. The Han nationality, right handness; 6. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With psychotic symptoms; 2. With a history of alcohol and drug dependence; 3. With organic disease of brain and severe somatic disease; 4. With history of coma after brain trauma; 5. Woman with pregnancy or lactation period; 6. With a history of seizures or with a family history of epilepsy; 7. Received drugs in 6 hours before MRI scan; 8. Exclusion of other diseases; 9. With contraindications of MRI scan.
