Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with poor ovarian response who recieved IVF-ET in our reproductive center.Patients of tubal factors and normal ovarian response will be selected as control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI=29 or <18.5; 2. Patients recieved controlled ovarian hyperstimulation in three months; 3. Patients with endometriosis,hyperprolactinemia,crine disease or metabolic disease; 4. Patients with the history of ovarian excision or raiotherapy; 5. Chromosomal abnormalities; 6. Patients whose husband's sperm is abnormal.
