A:GH 4.5IU/d subcutaneous injection every day from the menstrual day before last menstruation period
B:GH 4.5IU/d subcutaneous injection every day from initiation day to trigger day.
C:No use of Growth Hormone

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with poor ovarian response who recieved IVF-ET in our reproductive center.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI=29 or 15IU/ml; 8. Chromosomal abnormalities; 9. Patients whose husband need spercutaneous epididymal sperm aspiration or testicular sperm extraction.
