Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Displaced patellar fracture (separation >3 mm or the step height of fracture >2 mm)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The general status is bad and can't tolerate the operation; 2. Disagree to join the research; 3. The capacity for action is bad before pataller fracture or can't move; 4. pathological fracture; 5. Can't be followed up after the operation and can't do the rehabilitation and take drugs.
