Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. HK citizens with the HK Identity Card; 2. Aged 18 or above on the date of attendance; 3. Persons who attended HA SOPCs in selected sampling month and able to be contacted within 2 weeks after attendance; 4. Able to listen and speak Cantonese or English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Deceased patients; 2. Day case or day surgery patients; 3. Psychiatric and mentally handicapped patients; 4. Default case; 5. Any patients who are known to be current inpatients during interview; 6. Attendances at peadiatrics, hospice, psychiatry, dental, multi-specialty, anaesthesiology, pathology and nurse clinics.
