Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers from Peking University. All subjects should be nonsmokers who were not on regular medication, had no history of coronary or respiratory disease, and no symptoms of upper airway infection commencing 4 weeks prior to study initiation until all measurements had been completed.
