Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Received HA A&E service during the survey period; 2. Hong Kong citizens with the Hong Kong Identity Card; 3. Aged 18 or above on the date of attendance; 4. Able to be contacted within two weeks after attendance; 5. Able to listen and speak Cantonese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Deceased patients; 2. Children or young persons aged under 18 years at the date of their attendance at the A&E departments; 3. Any patients who are known to be current inpatients during interview.
