18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients aged between 18 to 80 years; 2. Within 7 days from symptoms onset; 3. Diagnosed as ischemic stroke by symptoms and neuroimaging; 4. Understanding the requirements of the study and be willing to sign the informed consent, and agree to abide by the study restrictions and return for the required assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intracerebral or subarachnoid hemorrhage; 2. NIHSS>20; 3. Patients with secondary hypertension, hematological disease, malignant tumor, rheumatic valvular disease, heart failure (NYHA III - IV), atrial fibrillation, hyperthyroidism, and serious liver and kidney disease; 4. Patients with intracranial vascular malformation, tumor, cyst, infection; 5. Pregnant, lactation and pregnant women; 6. Patients with recent history of alcohol abuse or drug abuse; 7. Patients who are taking part in other clinical trials or have participated in clinical trials within 3 months; 8. Patients with mental illness and those who are taking antipsychotics.
