Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Compliance with Diagnostic Criteria for Type 2 Diabetes in the "Guideline for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes in China 2013"; 2. Between 35 and 65 years of age, no mental illness in the past. It is a permanent resident in Dafeng District of Jiangsu province; 3. Informed consent, voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive impairment; 2. Patients with limb disability; 3. High-risk patients with diabetes and hypoglycemia in diabetes (GLU>16.5mmol/L or GLU=3.9mmol/L); 4. Pregnancy and lactation women; 5. Patients with other systemic diseases and activities that are severe, such as heart, brain and kidneys.
