18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having differentiated intramucosal carcinoma complicated by ulcer and with the tumor diameter > 30mm; 2. Patients having differentiated SM1 submucosal carcinoma >30mm; 3. Patients having differentiated submucosal carcinoma = 30mm; 4. Patients having undifferentiated intramucosal carcinoma regardless of the foci size and the complication of ulcer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having contraindications for gastroscopy; 2. Patients having such surgical contraindications as coagulation disorders or cardiopulmonary insufficiency, or patients requiring for immunosuppressive therapy because of uncontrollable epilepsy, central nervous system diseases, history of mental disturbance or organ transplantation; 3. Patients who failed to receive standard D2 radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer; 4. Patients who were pregnant or breastfeeding, patients with childbearing potential yet not taking any effective contraceptives and patients planning to conceive; 5. Patients complicated by malignancies of other body systems, or proven to have metastatic gastric or non-gastric cancer during surgical operations; 6. Patients participating in other clinical trials at the same period.
