Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligible participants are postpartum women with a single birth before discharge who intended to breastfeed, speak and write Chinese, live in Wuhan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mother will be excluded if she has a factor that can significantly affect milk secretion, such as premature delivery, endocrine disorders, hypoplastic breasts, history of breast surgery, abnormal nipple, postpartum hemorrhage, infectious disease; or she doesnt have a mobile phone; or she has mental illness (according to history of disease and medication); or she refuses to participate; postpartum depression.The newborn babies weighed less than 2.5kg and were transferred to NICU after birth.
