Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >18 years old; 2. understand the content of the informed consent and willing to participate in this researcher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unwilling to participate in this study; 2. Those with a history of heart and stroke; 3. have a history of percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty and arterial bypass surgery; 4. With other severe chronic diseases: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chronic heart failure, chronic hepatitis, hepatic encephalopathy, hepatic tumor and liver surgery, diabetes, etc. 5. BMI>35.
