18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-30 years old; 2. being college undergraduate student or graduate student; 3. being in good health and no mental problems illness according to established diagnostic criteria (DSM-IV-TR and ICD-10 combined); 4. being able to understand Cantonese; 5. Suicide Ideation(SSI) at least more than 6.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) being suffering from serious physical or mental illness or conditions expected to severely limit participation or adherence (e.g., pregnancy); (2) being not subject to major life events (e.g. bereavement), and there was no significant fluctuation in mood within a month; (3) those already practicing Meditation or were planning to start Meditation; (4) Unable to complete all the sessions.
