Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All of the following criteria must be met at the same time to enter the study: 1. The definition of the nonunion is that: patients whose fracture did not heal for at least 9 months since the fixation of the fracture and whose continuous imaging observations in the recent 4-6 months did not show any progress in fracture healing; 2. Pauwel angle>50 dgere; 3. MRI intensive examination shows no evidence of ischemia in the femoral head 4 Erythrocyte sedimentation, C-Pro, white blood cell classification, IL-6 infection to exclusive any infection 5 Intraoperative electric drill drilling of femoral head bleeding.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Clear signs of infection; 2. MRI intensive examination shows evidence of ischemia in the femoral head; 3. Intraoperative electric drill drilling of no femoral head bleeding
