Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Exsiting right to left shunt; 2. aged 18 to 80 years; 3. Patients or his legal families sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exsiting the uncertain result for right to left shunt; 2. Cannot complete follow-up predictably for some reasons.
