Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Standford type A acute aortic dissection or type A aortic hematoma; 2. Aged between 50-59 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Genetictraumaticand infective aortic disease; 2. Previous TEVAR intervention or open heart surgery; 3. LVEF 3mg/ dL or 270 umol/L); 11. Recent history of psychiatric disease that may impair compliance with protocol; 12. Patient (or legal guardian)unable of unwilling to provide written, informed consent before study enrollment.
