Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: SBP=140mmHg or DBP=90mmHg,measurement of blood pressure 3 times not on the same day ,after giving standardized hypotensive therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: secondary hypertension,acute hypertension because of drug/pain etc,adverse effects on the target organs such as the heart, the brain, the kidney, heart failure,atrial fibrillation and so on, acute infection or by corresponding treatment, coronary heart disease, diabetes,adiposity, dyslipidemia, damaged liver or kidney functions,positive urinary protein, heart valve disease, stroke, TIA, thyroid disease, cancer, fever, gout, primary kidney disease.
