55 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with abdominal surgery, ASA I-III, aged 65-75 years, weight 45kg-80kg, no serious history of heart and lung disease, no history of mental disorders before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative have serious heart, brain, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction, preoperative depression self rating scale (SAS) > 53 points, there is a history of mental illness, long-term application of opioid drugs, other painkillers and history of psychiatric drugs, intraoperative by intraperitoneal adhesion resectable tumors extensively, and palliative surgery, perioperative severe adverse reactions (difficult airway, allergic reactions, bleeding) and postoperative need to send to the intensive care unit.
