Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) the subjects who voluntarily participated in the study and signed informed consent; 2) the study referred to the 2011 American Heart Association (AHA); 3) aged = 18 years old male and female, no cognitive impairment, communicating with normal language; 4) All patients underwent selective coronary angiography. If any coronary artery stenosis was greater than or equal to 50 percent coronary artery stenosis and excluding from coronary spasm, it was included in the experimental group. If any coronary artery stenosis degree < 50 percent, then the control group; 5) voluntarily participate in this study, signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) combined with heart valve disease; 2) Severe cardiac insufficiency; 3) severe arrhythmia; 4) severe or refractory hypertension; 5) malignant tumor; 6) severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 7) serious infection of the blood system disease; 8) acute chronic inflammatory disease; 9) autoimmune diseases; 10) thyroid diseases; 11) complicated with peripheral macroangiopathy; 12) involuntary admission to the group and patients with mental disorders.
