40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Man or female, Aged 40 to 80 years, NYHA grade I-II, ASA grade I-III; 2. Patients with stage I, II, and IIIA non-small cell lung cancer in video-assisted radical resection surgery; 3. Information Consent Signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cortisone and immunosuppressive therapy, received previous neoadjuvant treatments (chemo, hormone, and radiotherapy); 2. History of allergy to local anesthetics; 3. Contraindications to paravertebral block (coagulopathy, infection); 4. Acute infections, severe arrhythmia, mental disease, drug or alcohol abuse; 5. Pregnant, lactation; 6. Enrolled in other trials in 3 months; 7. Any obstacles of follow-up or compliance.
