50 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Been educated more than 6 years; 2. Cortical and/or cortico-subcortical lacunar infarct, local/diffuse WMHs; 3. Able to perform neuropsychological test or undergo the whole MRI scan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. WMLs of other specific causes such as inflammation and tumor, 2. cortical and/or cortico-subcortical non-lacunar infarct; 3. severe systemic diseases or other diseases that may cause cognitive dysfunction; 4. MRI safety contraindications and claustrophobia; 5. other major central neurological system disorders, and major psychiatric disorders; 6. sever WMLs and bain atrophy.
