50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 50 to 75 years old, with or without diabetes, the level of HbA1c should lower than 7.8% in people with diabetes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with proliferative diabetic retinopathy; People who had the history of corneal virus infection or had confirmed periphery neural diseases not related with DM; People who had undergone previous corneal or had ocular surgery or chronic use of topical ocular medications or use of ocular medication in recent 3 months; People who had severe systemic diseases influencing ocular or nerves.
