Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the diagnostic criteria of postherpetic neuralgia patients: remain pain after healing three months in patient with herpes zoster to be treated, the affected nerve distribution area has severe spontaneous pain or seizure-like pain, and the nature is diverse, such as burning, Acupuncture, tight sensation, etc., accompanied with hyperalgesia or allodynia; 2. patient treated by standard drug course orally not resulted in effect or unable to tolerate adverse reactions; 3. Aged 18 years and more; 4. The average pain score more than 4 points in 24 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency 2 co-infection, history of cancer 3 mental system disorders or disturbance of consciousness can not be treated, oral expression is not clear 4 suffering from respiratory diseases, respiratory insufficiency.
