Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed with cervical carcinoma, endometrial carcinoma and ovarian cancer; 2. The American association of anesthesiologists (ASA) I-II; 3. Preoperative examination showed no immune system disease, no history of hormone use, no combined infection; 4. BMI < 30 kg/m2; 5. No radiotherapy, chemotherapy or immunotherapy was accepted.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent history of infection; 2. Previous history of coagulopathy, lumbar trauma or lumbar disc herniation; 3. Have mental illness; 4. Do not cooperate with the study patients; 5. Blood transfusions are needed in the operation.
