Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. HBsAg(+) donor kidneys to HBsAg(-) recipients All recipients preoperative HBsAg(-), received HBsAg(+) donor kidneys, and donors had normal liver function before surgery [alanine aminotransferase (ALT) <50 U/L and total bilirubin (TB) )<28 umol/L]; 2. HBsAg(-)/HBcAb(+ donor kidneys to HBsAg(-)/HBcAb(-) recipients. All recipients preoperative HBsAg(-)/HBcAb(-) and received HBsAg(-)/HBcAb(+) donor kidneys, and the donor had normal liver function before KT. Such donors and recipients need to detect HBV-DNA before surgery and do not take preventive treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. have received or are undergoing joint transplantation of organs other than the kidney; 2. recipients of double kidney transplantation; 3. HCV serum antibody positive for the recipient before surgery; 4. follow-up time of the recipient is less than 6 Months; 5. Post-transplant HBV serological status There are insufficient data available from the study report; 6. ABO blood group incompetent renal transplant recipients.
