18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Adults between the ages of 18 to 55 years old; (2) Intracapsular hip fractures resulting from high-energy injuries (traffic accidents, falling accidents, sports injuries); (3) Fresh intracapsular hip fractures (injury time of < 3 weeks); (4) Displaced intracapsular hip fractures (Garden type III-IV); (5) Surgical approaches using closed or open reduction and internal fixation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe blood and immune system diseases; (2) Severe multiple trauma, previous history of ipsilateral hip or femur surgery; (3) Complete follow-up time of less than one year.
