Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed as epileptic spasms; 2. the dosages of AEDs were maintained unchanged from 8-week pre-treatment through the whole treatment; 3. the duration of disease was over one year; 4. Male and female aged over 2 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. status epilepticus; 2. psychogenic event; 3. progressing neurological diseases or systemic diseases; 4. severe systemic diseases or neurological diseases; 5. with pacemaker,VNS, or other metal implantations.
