Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational aged = 34 weeks or birth weight = 2000g; 2. Positive pressure ventilation with airbag mask for 30 seconds, heart rate <100 beats/min, positive pressure ventilation needs to be extended; 3. Positive pressure ventilation with airbag mask for 30 seconds, the heart rate is less than 60 beats/min. Chest compression must be performed while positive airway pressure is applied to the laryngeal mask. If the laryngeal mask airway fails to be resuscitated, the tracheal incubation should be changed immediately to recover.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Prenatal severe fetal distress, severe birth asphyxia (Apgar score 0-1 at 0-1 minute); 2. Severe congenital malformations (such as convulsions, cyanotic congenital heart disease, etc.).
