Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. complete or incomplete SCI between T6 and L2; 2. aged 18-60 years; 3. traumatic SCI after 2 months of injury; 4. Clear mind, no other cognitive dysfunction; 5. willing to attend the training for 8 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive impairment, fail to cooperate with the evaluation and training; 2. cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases; 3. contractures, severe spasticity; 4. obesity, asymmetric hip positions; 5. osteoporosis with high risk of pathologic fracture.
