Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with 30-85 years of age; 2. Patients with suspected or known coronary heart disease intended for coronary CTA and myocardial perfusion; 3. Willing to sign informed consent; 4. woman of childbearing age can be negative by 24-hour pre–CTA test results.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Atrial fibrillation or uncontrollable tachyarrhythmia; 2. Severe atrioventricular block (secondary or third degree); 3. Acute coronary syndrome with Timi risk score = 5, or myocardial enzymogram increased in the last 72 hours; 4. Known or suspected moderate or severe aortic stenosis; 5. Severely symptomatic heart failure (Nyha Class III or IV); 6. History of coronary artery bypass, cardiac surgery, or coronary intervention within the first 6 months; 7. Contrast agent allergy or a history of contrast nephropathy; 8. Peripheral venous conditions are poor and cannot meet the protocol's contrast injection flow rate; 9. Multiple myeloma; 10. History of organ transplantation; 11. Increased serum creatinine (above 2 mg/dl) or creatinine clearance eGFR Less than 60 ml/min; 12. Significant sinus bradycardia less than 40 ci/min; 13. Known or suspected steroid blockers into intolerance or contraindications (including steroid blockers allergies, moderate to severe bronchospasm, including moderate-to-severe asthma, severe lung disease with inhaled bronchodilator in recent years); 14. BMI greater than 30 Kg/m2; 15. Imaging vision memory in the intracardiac device or mechanical implant; 16. The investigator determined that there is a clear reason for exclusion from any other medical history or condition.
