Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of probable Alzheimer's disease (NIA-AA criteria); 2. Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score more than 10; 3. aged less than 75 years; 4. The patient and the guardian who knows the patient well and is willing to accompany the subject to all trial visits informed and signed the subject consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiovascular, pulmonary, liver, kidney and hematopoietic diseases, and in bed or in a wheelchair for a long time; 2. Patient has cognitive impairment that caused by other dementia rather than alzheimer's disease or vascular dementia; 3. Neurological examination found the sign of local central nerve obstruction such as obvious paralysisunilateral sensory disturbance and aphasia etc; 4. Patients are allergic to or intolerant of acer truncatum bunge seed oil.
