Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic Criteria for Mild to Moderate Depression in the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10) of Diseases and Related Health Problems; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years; 3. Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) =17 points, Sleep Disorder Factor =3 points; 4. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) =8 points; 5. Education level above elementary school level.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Incorporate somatic disease and brain organic disease; 2. Syndrome in other mental disorders and sleep disorders; 3. Serious depression or severe suicidal tendency; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Those who have used any antipsychotic drugs, mood stabilizers, and sedative-hypnotic drugs in the past 2 weeks. Those who have been using long-acting antipsychotic drugs within the last month and those who received electroshock treatment within the last 3 months.
