Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Already diagnosed with hypertension. The blood pressure is not normal, with other confounding chronic diseases. 2. Aged 18 – 80 years; 3. Giving consent; 4. Be able to listen and speak Mandarin; 5. Be able to fluently use smart phone and smart phone application; 6. With diagnosed hypertension for one year and more; 7. Mainly see doctor in the experimental hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participating in another clinical trial four weeks before this study; 2. Suffer from mental health; 3. Suffer from cancer and has been receiving chemotherapy within half a year; 4. Potential to not comply or not complete the study; 5. Sever damage on body or organ; 6. Lost compensation for heart and lung function; 7. Suffer from Myocardial infarction; 8. Suffer from secondary hypertension; 9. Pregnant or prepare to pregnant; 10. Has family member participating in this trial; 11. Not living in the region of hospital.
