Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients were diagnosed with malignant tumors of the hilar by imaging examination of CT, MRCP and B ultrasound before operation. The Bismuth type was confirmed by ERCP, and serum bilirubin increased before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The Bismuth I type obstruction is excluded from the drainage area, and the cases with important organ dysfunction and septic shock before the operation may have a significant effect on the prognosis.
