Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 to 70 years old; (2) The primary tumor of thyroid malignancy is less than or equal to 2.0cm, and there is no obvious violation of surrounding organs; or the maximum diameter of thyroid benign tumor is less than or equal to 3.5cm; (3) Thyroid volume is less than or equal to 25ml; (4) Abnormal movements without preoperative vocal cords and hoarseness (vocal cord mass); (5) Preoperative parathyroid glands and serum calcium were normal; (6) Informed consent and adherence to follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The diameter of thyroid malignancy is more than 2.0cm, which obviously invades surrounding tissues; (2) Cervical lymph node metastasis (cN1); (3) benign thyroid tumors greater than 3.5cm; (4) Gravesdisease; (5) Preoperative vocal cord abnormalities and patients with sonic symptoms; (6) The tumor invades the superior laryngeal nerve or recurrent laryngeal nerve; (7) Patients with secondary thyroid surgery; (8) Patients with previous history of cervical radiotherapy; (9) Informed consent and follow-up.
