Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The local rural adult residents aged 60 years old and above; 2. All participants signed the informed consents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with criteria blood phobia; 2. Patients with infectious diseases, such as HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis; 3. Psychopath.
