16 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for biliary interventional therapy due to obstructive jaundice or cholestasis of biliary origin (suspicion of cancer, suspicion of stones, chronic pancreatitis); 2. Aged > 16 years old; 3. Blood/Bile sample volume=3ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients give up biliary interventional therapy due to obstructive jaundice or cholestasis of biliary origin (suspicion of cancer, suspicion of stones, chronic pancreatitis); 2. Blood/Bile sample volume<3ml; 3. Patients previously treated for obstructive jaundice.
