Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with suspected peripheral lung cancers and undergo bronchoscopy for diagnosis; 2. Patients diagnosed with NSCLC and harboring EGFR sensitive mutations, undergo bronchoscopy for second biopsy after tumor progression after taking first/second generation of EGFR-TKIs; 3. Transbronchial lung biopsy (TBLB) was performed under the assistance of endobronchial ultrasound with guide sheath (EBUS-GS), and was evaluated as biopsy within or adjacent to targeted lesion by EBUS; 4. Patients signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With endobronchial visible lesion; 2. Forceps failed to reach the targeted tumor lesion; 3. Endobronchial ultrasound probe was not applied; 4. Patients harboring EGFR wild type before taking EGFR-TKIs treatment; 5.Patients with contraindications for bronchoscopy or can not tolerate examination.
