40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Prostatic nodules detected by digital rectal examination, any level of PSA; 2. Abnormal images detected by ultrasound, CT or MRI, any level of PSA; 3. PSA>10ng/ml, any level of f/tPSA and PSAD; 4. PSA: 4-10ng/ml, but abnormal value of f/tPSA and PSAD.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. In acute infection period or stage of fervescence; 2. Hypertensive crisis; 3. Decompensated heart failure; 4. Some disease with severe bleeding tendency; 5. Fluctuating blood glucose levels with diabetes; 6. Serious internal and external hemorrhoids, perianal or rectal lesions.
