Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged = 18 years with ASA physical classification system status of I-III undergoing flexible bronchoscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative resting pulse oxygen saturation on room air, < 90%, intolerant or with an allergy to the study drug, history of nasopharyngeal surgery, nasal malformation, nasal tissue hyperplasia, diseases of the bleeding, pregnancy.
