21 Years to 37 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy male or female; 2. Aged 20-40 years old; 3. No coffee intake habit; 4. Informed consent signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. During lactation or gestation period; 2. Wearing a pacemaker; 3. Insufficient Chinese-language skills; 4. Having acute or chronic pain or diabetes; 5. History of chronic internal, dermatological, neurological, or psychiatric diseases; 6. Abnormal neurological examination, recent sleep restriction, or unusual physical exercise; 7. Taking any kind of analgesics, anti-depressants or cough suppressants.
