Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. the experimental group is those children diagnosed by our hospital with primary lymphoma or leukemia and scheduled to undergo chemotherapy in our hospital; 2. The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was more than 55%; 3. The sinus arrhythmia was 60 < HR = 100 times/min); 4. the quality of two-dimensional echocardiography was good and the margin of left ventricular intima could be clearly displayed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Arrhythmia such as frequent ventricular premature, atrial fibrillation, atrioventricular block and so on; 2. Organic heart disease, such as coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy, ventricular defect, etc.; 3. Systemic immune diseases, diabetes, uremia and hyperthyroidism lead to cardiac dysfunction; 4. Factors affecting image quality such as obesity or emphysema.
