Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Informed contents signed by volunteers or their representatives before trial; (2) The age of volunteers ranges from 18 to 65 years old, without gender biased; (3) All volunteers were healthy subjects, including no serious disorders, such as cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, metabolic and chronic respiratory tract diseases. no communicable diseases and no gastrointestinal symptoms. physical examination, electrocardiogram and laboratory tests, biochemstric tests are all normal; (4) Volunteers arent allergic to sedative and anesthetic drugs; (5) Volunteers did not undergo the gastrointestinal tract operation before.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Volunteers do not participate in other clinical trials; (2) Volunteers are ineligible for this trial after anesthesiology assessment; (3) Female volunteers are during the menstrual period or pregnancy; (4) Volunteers do not understand this trial; (5) Volunteers are unsuitable to the trial through researchers assessment.
