Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 65-85 years (including 65 and 85 years old); 2. ASA classification I - III; 3. Conform to the diagnostic criteria of osteoarthritis, and have indications of artificial joint replacement; 4. Obtain informed consent from patients and / or legal guardians and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency operation of 24h in hospital; 2. The patient has serious medical disease and cannot tolerate the operation; 3. Patients with communication disorder (language barrier, mental abnormality) cannot cooperate with the trainer; 4. Patients with diabetes or special dietary requirements and contraindications; 5. Anesthesia for general anesthesia;
