30 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male patients aged 30–65 years, admitted to PUMCH between May 2018 and April 2019 for diagnostic assessment of sleep disorders will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With central sleep apnea/hypopnea; 2. Suffered from diseases that affect bone metabolism, such as hypothyroidim, hyperthyroidism, malabsorption syndrome, primary hyperparathyroidism, hypoparathyroidismacromegaly, cushing syndrome, hypogonadism, chronic renal disease, malignancy or collagen disease; 3. Affected by diseases such as acute illness, cardiovascular disease, craniofacial abnormalities, lung disease, neurological or psychiatric disease; 4. Already receiving therapy of continuous positive airway pressure; 5. A history of immobilization within the previous 5 months or being wheelchair bound; 6. Taking anti-osteoporosis medication, glucocorticoid, calcium, vitamin D, parathormone, calcitonin, bisphosphonates, strontium ranelate, hypnotics, proton pump inhibitors, anticoagulant drugs, and anticonvulsant drugs, thiazides or chemotherapy.
