18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) men and women aged 18 to 65 years; (2) patients diagnosed as FD-PDS (Roman IV); (3) no medication that may affect gastrointestinal motility or the treatment of gastrointestinal motility in nearly 4 weeks; In the past 1 year, there are corresponding objective examinations (gastroscopy or upper gastrointestinal barium meal contrast, blood biochemistry and stool test, etc.) to exclude digestive system organic diseases; (4) accompanied by mild anxiety and/or depression; (5) to participate in this study voluntarily, to be able to accept the questionnaire and cooperate with the test and inspection of the electroencephalogram and HRV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with other digestive diseases such as gastroesophageal reflux disease and irritable bowel syndrome; (2) patients with systemic or metabolic diseases associated with symptoms (e.g. diabetes, liver disease, etc.); (3) patients with a history of abdominal surgery; (4) special patients who are pregnant and are lactating; (5) allergic to electrocardioelectric electrodes or nutritional meal components.
