Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: subjects aged 20–90 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cancer; 2. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases Endocrine system diseases Neuro-psycho-mental diseases; 3. Abuse history of alcohol or drug; 4. Pregnancy and breastfeeding women, women of childbearing age who have not taken effective contraceptive measures, or those who have positive urine HCG test results before the trial;
