Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) conforms to the diagnostic criteria of primary KOA; the kellgren & lawrence grade is II-III; Aged 40-70 years men and women; 2) the MRIT2 weighted images of the knee joint showed high signal intensity. Before treatment, there were complete imaging data, including lateral and lateral X-ray of the knee and MRI plain scan; 3) consent and signature of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) secondary KOA; 2) combined with cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and mental diseases and other serious diseases; 3) suffering from joint tuberculosis, tumor, infectious arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and A systemic disease, such as gout, psoriasis, etc.; 4) the history of trauma, fracture and operation of the knee; 5) fever is accompanied by a pain attack; 6) the course of the disease is non self limiting and progressively aggravated; 7) unable to cooperate with patients who completed case data collection and poor compliance.
